Most residents of the northern Hama countryside, especially Kafr Nabudah, fled to the town of Tarmala in the southern Idlib countryside in January 2017 and are living in caves and tents around the town. The children’s studies were interrupted for a long time before a group of young people set up the cave they live in to give lessons during the daytime and for families to live in at night. Lessons in the caves are divided into two shifts and reach almost 120 children. Classes started here in February 2017, and include Arabic, English, mathematics, social education, and religious education.
